At EXVORA, every bulk and corporate order is crafted with precision, quality, and attention to detail. The following terms ensure a seamless and elevated experience.

Pricing is curated based on your requirements and will be confirmed upon finalisation of quantity, customisation, and delivery details.

3. Customization & Personalisation

Customized elements such as logo placement, embroidery, prints, colors, and sizing are executed based on final design approval.
Once approved, designs cannot be altered.

4. Samples & Prototypes

Samples may be provided upon request and may be chargeable. Where applicable, sample costs may be adjusted against the confirmed bulk order.

Production will commence only after formal order confirmation and receipt of the agreed advance payment.

Standard production timelines range between 7–21 working days, depending on order volume and complexity. Final timelines will be shared at the time of order confirmation.

Advance payment is required to initiate production. Payment milestones, if any, will be communicated during order finalization.

8. Returns & Cancellations

Due to the bespoke nature of bulk and customized orders, all confirmed orders are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in the rare event of a manufacturing defect.
