Eligibility for Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
Cancellation is not possible once the order is processed or shipped.

Eligibility for Exchange Customers can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving the order (only exchange allowed, no returns) if: - The item is unused and in its original packaging. - The product is damaged or defective. - The customer has proof of purchase (invoice/order confirmation). - A clear unboxing video proof is mandatory for any exchange or damage claim. 2. Non-Exchangeable Items Used or physically damaged products. Personalized or custom-made items. Products with removed or missing hang tags. 3. EXVORA’s team will review the request and arrange a pickup if applicable. The product must be handed over to the courier in proper packaging. 4. Refunds (Refunds apply only if an exchange is not possible) Once the product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue is from EXVORA’s end. 5. Exchange Policy Exchanges are subject to product availability.
